What we collect
When you send a project inquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, project type and message. We also save the submission date and email notification status. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
Our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address, browser details and request information to deliver and protect the site. We use an approximate country derived by Cloudflare to decide whether to show a regional privacy notice. The site does not save your country or IP address with your inquiry.
How we use it
We use inquiry details to respond, discuss your project, prepare proposals and manage our business relationship. Technical information helps operate the website, prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps you request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and operating a secure business, legal obligations, and your consent for optional content.
Where information goes
Inquiries are stored in a private Cloudflare database. Resend processes inquiry details to send a notification to our business team, and our email provider processes that notification. Access to stored submissions is restricted to authorized account users.
Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Protections and privacy rights can differ by location. We use these providers to operate the site and handle inquiries, rather than make submissions publicly available.

Retention & security
Inquiry records remain in our private database until reviewed and deleted; there is currently no automatic deletion schedule. We retain information as needed to respond to inquiries, manage projects and meet business or legal requirements. You can ask us to delete an inquiry that is no longer needed. Email copies may remain under our email provider’s retention settings.
We use HTTPS and account access controls to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices & rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place.
